About this experience
A community-based upcycling experience in Bangkok that combines creative reuse with social impact. The activity begins with a meetup at Lak Si Station, followed by a visit to a local community coffee shop, where participants enjoy a welcome drink served by the Jang Wan Kha (Hire Me) Project team. Guests then attend a presentation by The Mirror Foundation to learn how the initiative supports urban social change. The main activity is a hands-on upcycling workshop, where participants select secondhand clothes, denim, beads, ribbons and other rescued materials and transform them into a unique fashion piece with step-by-step guidance from local elderly artisans.
